Do not rent from this place I rented this house coming in was dirty full of mice droppings still I went ahead and cleaned it MYSELF! Because the house was rent as is. THEY NOY ONLY TOOK MY DEPOSIT BUT ALSO SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR 300$ for a mirror that was broken when I moved in that never got fixed the whole year, even after calling multiple times I'm starting to think this is what these people do take everyone's Money ! NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !

Be prepared for them to take part of your deposit for absolutely no reason at all.And read the contracts, there are things in there that nobody should agree too.Ladies at front desk are rude. Terrible communication with their tenants.They will find anyway to take your money.They also charge a $250 non refundable "cleaning fee". What a rip off. They charge extra to clean carpets and will pick over everything to take your deposit. Never again !
