Dr. Alonge is a great doctor in my prospective. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and truthful. He loves being a doctor and he cares for his patients well being. He will do anything within his training and capability to provide the best care for his patients. He is modest and is willing to admit his mistakes and does apologize when it is necessary, which many doctors do not recognize.

On November 14th i called Access family medicine to get the same day appointment as a new patient for my thyroid, the problem i've been having since five years ago. I remember specifically asking the nurse on the phone if Dr Solayuinka Alonge sees patients with thyroid problem and she said of course and scheduled me fo that day, after filling up the paper work, assistant asked me to pay 95.00$ up front cash which was very odd for me, not knowing that i was about to be scammed ! shortly after, i met Dr Alonge and showed him my tsh lab result and explained to him that i need new medication because i am having allergy reaction to the old one! after maybe one or two minutes conversation with him i realized that he absolutely have no knowledge nor experience a bout thyroid disease, didn't even know the name of the very popular thyroid medication nor the symptoms associated with this condition! so i start asking him some questions to evaluate his knowledge , that was when he admitted to not knowing much nor care for thyroid patient and he has chosen not to right any prescription beside cynthroide and levothyroxine(which are only two medications among many) so i confronted the fact that he has charged me 95.00$ to tell me he doesn't know anything a bout my condition and won't give me any prescription, he should refund my money. In that time he told me that i have to leave his office right a way and since i refused to do so he called the security to escort me out of his office even refused to give me receipt for the money he collected earlier I am going to file a complaint against him to the medical board but probably they won't do anything a bout this matter because we all know who gets the shorter straw when it comes to low and regulation. The only right things we can do is to share our experience with each other, that's why i'm going to mail this letter to every house hold in the county area of las vegas to let every one knows what a shame artist is this man taking advantage of sick people in the time of needs and have the nerve to call himself a doctor.
