From my experience of being prompt, on time, and alway listening to my concerns. My experience at service with Mike for the last 3-4 years have been awesome. I would not change this experience for any other company.

I bought a 1962 Rolls Royce 50 years old from these guys and I must admit I had read a few bad things posted on the internet about them.. All I have to say is my experience was FABULOUS. There were a couple of problems that occurred after the sale that would have probably cost me about $7,000.00 to $10,000 to fix. They cheerfully fixed everything perfectly then then they went and replaced the motor mounts rebuilt the exhaust system and even rekeyed one of the locks which I consider way over the call of duty. They couldn't have been nicer and treated me better.. They provided limo service to pick me up and go to work from their shop and they even washed & detailed the car afterwards. They are busy as Hell in there and I can see why... The negative things on here must be written by idiots because I witnessed a customer give them grief and they remained totally calm and really tried to assist this guy. He was being totally unreasonable and If it were me I would have smacked him

I was here from out of town when my vehicle broke down. They were kind enough to wait after hours and look at my vehicle. Within a short period of time they diagnosed the electrical problem. We thought we were going to have to pay for a big repair because almost every light was on in the dashboard. The next morning they ordered the part we needed and even gave us a discount off the regular retail price. If we lived in Las Vegas we would bring our vehicle to All European all the time. Thanks AAA for your referal. This shop saved us big time. Highly recommended.

I've been going to All European since 2007. I met Mikey while working at a Auto Customization shop. He was super nice and told me about his business. Which was perfect because I drove a 1995 M3 at the time. He did tons of work on my M3 never had a problem with the repairs that were performed at his shop. Not to mention the his prices are GREAT for what BMW would charge to repair. Now I drive a S40 Volvo that needed some work done. After being talked into taking my car to VOLVO (huge mistake) I picked up my VOLVO...called Mikey, he told me to bring the car down asap and he would help me out. He sure did. I dropped my car off late Monday afternoon, and i'm leaving work now to go and pick up my car. The office assistant Samantha is a sweetheart, who Ive also known since 2007, and shes extremely helpful when it comes to car knowledge and updating me on my cars status when a tech is not available to speak to. Out of town, saturday morning drove to Walmart and parked. When we came out, our BMW 325i would not start, fuel starvation problem. I called tow service to be towed to the BMW dealer, I discovered the dealer was closed for service on weekends. With luck I called All European, they were close to my location and were ready to help. Our car was in a stall on lift within 30 min. and the problem was diagnosed ( failed fuel pump), 2 hours later the car was ready. We already rented a car for the weekend which was a waste of money. I was very pleased and would recommend their service to my family and friends. Thank You Chuck

how amazing is it that there are only 5 star and 1 star reviews on this page???and the 5 star ones are followed after someone slams this company??after reading the 1 star reviews and my recent experience with these clowns im saying the 1 star reviews are the truth..they tried to tell me my jag needed over 2k in electrical repairs when all it needed was a new alternator...wow and they are supposed to fix european luxury vehicles??? i wouldnt let them fix a toy car!!!! avoid these jokers!!!

I am a physician with no time to waste. I was working is California and borrowed my son's 1990 Toyota Celica GT to meet a friend in Las Vegas. To my horror, the air conditioning failed the morning I was to travel. I consulted 3 separate shops in Central California who all informed me that the type of coolant used by 1990 Toyota's was now illegal to use due to California's "environmental" legislation. I waited until 8 pm to start driving to escape the heat and arrived in Las Vegas at 5 am. Your service representative told me to "come on over" when I called at 9 am. I was cool as a cucumber by 11:30 am without feeling like a criminal, and just in time to meet my friend arriving at the airport at 12:30 pm. THANK YOU for rescuing me. No wonder people are leaving California. I may be next!

this is how bad these guys lie.. look at the 5 star reviews and they repeat the same thing, just a different user name. i took my range rover to them and thank goodness they couldnt get the part...they told me it would be a week to get the part out of the uk. the part would be $576 and the labor would be $275. i started calling around to repair shops closer to where i live and found a shop that had the part in stock for $284 and charged me $101 for the labor...this is just the crook part of the storey...the liar part is they told me that one "multi-function switch" would fix all my electrical problems, thats what their diagonistic machine told them. the REAL truth is they didnt have a clue how to fix it, becuase there wasent a "multi function switch" to fix it all..i had a simple short problem too...so fixing a short and 1 part at half the price fixed my range rover...DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPOTENT PEOPLE!!!

I came in the other day to get the work done on my Lexus that was suggested last time. It was done that day, and I know that the price was well under that of the dealership. The ride offered to home and back was very convenient. I would highly recommend this business for any auto repairs.

I have known the owner of All European for over 15 years. Over all this time, he has seen many of my cars come and go...but he has worked on all of them, from my Bentley Arnage to my daughter's Mercedes. Always honest, professional, reliable, and courteous.

I have been a customer of All European for a few years now and every time my vehicle needs service or repair I drive straight to this shop for the same seamless service time after time. Originally it was for all (4) break pads being replaced as well as routers on my Mercedes ML500. After shopping around and calling several shops, All European seemed most educated on the parts and the sensors as well as the fact that I do not have factory rims on my vehicle but best of all, they offered me the BEST price and answered EVERY question I had. Upon arrival I was greeted by several staff members, offered a beverage, offered a ride back to my office if needed and treated very friendly. My vehicle was complete in a timely manner and when I went to inspect it, to my surprise I received a free high end car wash (not a cheap $5 gas station wash). I was very satisfied and since then have returned for oil changes, AC repair, tire repairs, replacement of transmission shifter, motor mounts, and other

Were do start, I have a 2004 Volkswagen, My check engine light came on and it was impossible for me to pass a smog check. I must of taken my car to 5 different mechanics, and finally some one filled me in about All European, not only was the young lady in the front very helpful and every time I called was upfront and honest, But I believe his name was Mike, he made me feel comfortable and did an AMAZING job on my car, the price was right and cheaper then all the other 5 quotes I received. I couldn't of asked for better service, My car now runs better then when I first bought it. Thank You All European, I will never take my car to another shop again!

My car broke down on the 215 in during rush hour. I called this place and they had a car out to pick me up within 30 minutes. They towed my car to their shop and had it up and running within the couple of hours. I knew what the problem was, but had been waiting until I got paid to take it back to BMW to get repaired. These guys released the car to me and let me come back in two days to pay. I definitely will be back.

This place is awful. I could go into details, but I wont. Please dont go here. They are rude, arrogant and not good mechanics. I could put up with arrogant if they could back up what they do. They suck. I cannot be more disappointed in their service.

Lets See almost all there reviews are bad then supprise with in 10 days of each other they have 7 positive reviews that all sound strangly the same. I wonder who wrote these. I know this place to be BAD They charged me for parts They didnt even put on my Volvo. Stay clear of this place if you like your money and your car.

I started taking my C230 Komp to Mike's shop a couple years back and I have always walked out a happy camper. Prices blow the dealer away...unless I move out of state I will always take my car here for service. Thanks Mike and Sam!

WOW...got a quote of $575 for a service at the dealer....and they couldnt fit me in for 3 days....I called All European - they got the same work done that same day and saved me $200. Loveeeeee it :) Thank u!!!!‎

I'm a single 22 year old girl, and I work all the way across town from my house, so I basically rely on my car for everything. So when check engine light came on and my car started to shake, I definitely began to panic. I called All European, they not only made all the arrangements for my car to get towed in, but they also picked me up on the 215 where I was stranded on the side of the road and drove me to work. I called them on my lunch break, and they walked me through step by step of what was wrong with my car. (a 2000 Mercedes CLK) I dont really know too much about cars, but they were very patient and took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why. Not only was my car ready the next day, but they picked me up from work and when I got to the shop, had all the old parts saved to show me. I would absolutely reccomend them to anyone. Great customer service. They really made what could have been a disaster for me actually a pleasant experience.‎
