This place is Terrible! They will rip you off and when you ask them a question the older man sits there looking down! I took my car in due to my engine light being on. I paid over $900 , according to them the fuel pump was bad. I found that funny because the car never stalled and started without any problems. But they are professionals so why argue. After they replaced it. A day later the engine light came right back on with the same ODB code plus a new one. And still had the same symptoms! Came to find out by another mechanic it was never the fuel pump and it was a valve that cost about $60. The worst part was that they were told what ODB code the vehicle was giving right before they received it, and they went and changed the most expensive part that had nothing to do with fixing that ODB code. These guys need to be shut down!!!! They are the type of mechanics that just change parts until they find the one that is broken. Oh, and they will not give you your old parts back either. So who knows, they might of not changed the parts after all.

I HAD BROGHT MY CAR TO A AUTO SHOP IN VEGAS AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT THE JOB WOULD COST ME MORE MONEY BECAUSE HE HAD TO TAKE APART MY ENGINE, WELL COME TO FIND OUT HE LIED TO ME PROBALY BECAUSE IM A GIRL. THEN I BROUGHT MY CAR TO ALL EUROPEAN AUTO AND THEY WE MORE THAN FAIR TO ME THEY EXPLAIND IN DETAIL MY OPTIONS AND GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE I COULD FIND. NOW I RECOMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY BECAUSE I FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE I COULD TRUST WITH MY CAR. I WONT EVEN TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE THEY HANDLE EVERYTHING EVEN THE SMALLEST THING.

I was never so disjointed with this type of shop in my life. If you want unnecessary stress created by them, pay for stuff that does not need fixing, while going away with the original problem never fixed, then go here.

i had some issues with my truck & i took it into the shop & they took care of it in a timely matter..excellent service...everything is now in working order....its hard to find a trustworthy car place in this town...thanks again

We took our Porsche Boxter in for a transmission flush. At no point did they hassle us into purchasing more service, which is refreshing. They performed the work in the estimated time frame, and were very professional.

Took in my Porsche Boxer on December 23, 2010 for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) as I was selling the car and a couple of potential buyers enquired if I had a recent inspection. Inspection was $98.00 which seemed fair enough. I was told the breaks had 15% to 20% left on front and back and that the infamous real seal was wet and leaking. I authorized the work over the phone along with a fresh oil change. Car was ready early the next day… darn fast turnaround I thought at the time. Sold the car to a CA buyer on January 10,2011, and having the receipts and inspection report was a plus in making the sale go smoothly.Buyer notified me first on 1/17/11 that he had taken the Porsche in to Scientific Automotive, and Independent Porsche specialty shop in Pasadena for a smog check and a routine inspection which included a look under the car while it was there. The seal was wet, and there was no indication that there was any recent service work on the engine. Engine needs to be removed

I am thrilled and happy to have found an honest and reliable repair shop here in Las Vegas for my clients..This is a classic car and everyone treated me / there car like their only customer...It was repaired in just 2 days and is back on the road...Again, thanks!!!Gary Adams

What a relief to find an honest repair shop who got to the root of the problem with my Jag. And they did all the advance and follow up with my extended warranty. I am so pleased with their service and attention. I would recommend them to everyone who has a European automobile.

I was apprehensive especially after reading a number of negative reviews. However I investigated the negative reviews and saw several patterns as though they are forged maybe by a competitor - not sure and don't really care. I can honestly say I was very happy with the work they did on my Porsche 944. I own and have owned several European cars over the years and typically do most of my own mechanicals so I am VERY, VERY picky about my cars and who I allow to touch them. I asked All European to install a new water pump, timing & balance belt, and all associated pulleys on my mint 1988 Porsche 944. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced compared to several places I called. I highly recommend - thanks again guys!

Never again - Took my wifes Range Rover in to fiqure out why the service engine light was coming on. After hooking the vehicle up to the dianostic machine I got a call saying the repair were going to be $500.00 which I was fine with. Later the same day my wife call back to see if they could look at our extended warranty policy which was in the glove box of the vehicle. We recieved a call back saying all of the repairs were 100% covered and the only expense was the $100.00 deductable. Great Deal - only problem was when I went back to pick the vehicle up the bill exceeded $1,200.00. Told not to worry the work was billed direct to the warranty company. Only way I found out was they charged my credit card for the full amount by mistake so I looked at the invoice and noticed the $1,200.00 in repairs. They told me that the additional work was done with out approval to save me money since they were already working on the car. Filing Complaint

How rare and delightful to go for car repairs and be greeted by courteous professionals and the work done immediately! I was apprised of what was necessary to repair and given an estimate of things that should be done, but could be done in stages. There was no pressure and it was an excellent experience. I will be a repeat customer and look forward to a great relationship with a fine company.

Very upfront with the cost of repair, time to repair and event gave me a free ride to and from work while my car was being fixed! I will not take my car anywhere else.

Went in for an inspection, was told it would be $92 for the inspection (ended up being $196). Told me the repairs that needed to be done, WAY overpriced, wanted close to $500 just for parts, went elsewhere and got all the parts for $100. Will never go there again, don't recommend them to even my enemies!

What a difference - deal with folks who REALLY appreciate the business & do a great job - with NO surprises. Not only do they work on class cars, they are a class place.

I drive a 2005 Mercedes C Class and I started taking my car to Mike for everything since 2007. I always leave happy. I used to take my car to the dealer, but All European is much more affordable and provides much faster and friendlier service. Mike, Sam, and everyone there are just great, helpful, and genuine, and I actually look forward to the time I have to take my car in for service. I have recommended All European to all my friends and I would recommend it to anyone!

The guys and gals at All European have been taking care of my cars for a few years, and I have been extremely happy. They are always fast and professional when handling my services. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs excellent auto service and repair and lives in Las Vegas.

I love All European--so much I drive from California to get my service done. A friend in Vegas recommended them. She's a car freak and can do her own work so I trust her. I've had my 90K maintenance done here. I just got my A/C flushed, etc. today. Their rates are reasonable, the work is good and fast. (I was out today within an hour and a half). Mike is really cool as well. Also, if you're into spendy cars, there's always a Ferrari or Maserati or something pretty getting service done there too.

Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Paid $214 for repairs on 7/12. They were unable to fix problem, but are awaiting a particular part. I am o be contacted when part arrives so job can be completed. I am confident that this will occur satisfactorily.
