Dr.Alexander was very knowledgeable and his staff accommodating/caring towards me before and after the surgery. Overall the experience was fantastic. Only part that caused issue was the surgery started 4 hrs late, so plans had to be altered by those taking care of me.

Dr. Alexander was the clear choice for me from the moment I walked into his office for my consultation. His staff, from the receptionist to his medical assistants, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Dr. Alexander made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the beginning. He took the time to listen to all of my goals, concerns, and questions. I never felt rushed or unheard by Dr. Alexander. He takes the time to determine what will be the most natural look and most healthy method for your body. Dr. Alexander let me know exactly what to expect ahead of, during, and after surgery, which made the whole process much more comfortable. After surgery, Dr. Alexander and his staff were available and willing to assist me with any needs or questions I had. I have been nothing but impressed by Dr. Alexander and his team. It is easy to see why he is such an awarded and respected doctor in Las Vegas. I would recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Alexander by my primary care physician. I did not know what to expect, but from my first appointment, I felt very comfortable and my concerns, as well as my care, was their top priority. The staff is amazing and I cannot express in words how wonderful they are. I had lower eyelid surgery and the swelling in one eye took a bit longer than I expected but everyone was so thoughtful and encouraging that it made the process easier and now in the long run, well worth it. I am thrilled with the results and I would not consider or recommend anyone other than Dr. Alexander for any procedure. It sounds corny to say I cannot thank them enough, but they are more than just an office or part of the staff to me.

Dr. Alexander was the best doctor by far, compared to anyone I have ever been to. Dr. Alexander was diligent, caring, thoughtful, and most important he is more than competent. Loved the results! Feel Great! And the office staff was so delightful and friendly and anything I needed they were right there! My only regret, is that I wont get to see Dr. Alexander as often as I would like. Dr. Alexander has the best bedside manners for a doctor. He is kind and gentle, but most of all, thorough and professional. And, he is good! I trust him and the results I have had from two different procedures are phenomenal.

The whole staff and doctor where very professional from the beginning of my procedure to the end. I was telling people about you guys before my procedure was even done, that is how impressed I was.

It took me a few years to finally decide to have surgery. It was important to me to have the highest rated doctor in Las Vegas who had many years of experience. Dr. Alexander always made me feel comfortable and his staff was so gracious with all my questions throughout the pre- and post-op. Thankful for my excellent results!

before getting my procedure done I saw multiple different doctors to really find one I liked. as soon as I saw dr. alexander he was the only doctor that actually took his time and explained everything to me in detail about my procedure and what would and would not look good on me. I knew right away that he was the doctor I was going to go with. he was so sweet and the staff in his office was so welcoming and amazing. I was provided with so much information following up to my surgery date to make sure verything went perfect. the surgery also went amazing smooth and I could not be happier with my results!!

It was replacement time for many reasons. One of my closest girlfriends recommended Dr. Alexander to me. From the initial consult, surgery and all follow ups, Dr. Alexander and his staff has made me feel like I am his only patient! I am super happy with my results...and so is my significant other! The hardest part of this journey was not running for 6 weeks! LOL! If I ever need any work again, Dr. Alexander is my choice! Second to none!

The staff is great! Always answer the million questions I have. The doctor is very nice, always takes his time as well as gives you all the time you need answering all of your questions. Everyone is friendly and know what they are doing. I am very happy with my results I am 3 weeks post-op.
