Matt came out from Alaskan Heating and Air Conditioning services for a regular maintenance servicing. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. I was prepared for additional charges and was pleasantly surprised there were no additional charges and all was good. I've had other services out and they always came up with extra charges somewhere. This was an overall wonderful experience and I look forward to using them from now on. Thank you Matt and Alaskan Heating and Air!!!!

Have used Alaskan for 3 years have never had a bad experience. Today I had my annual check-up, the Tech Robert that they sent out told us of a new filtration system, and I was sold right away... Always recommend Alaskan when asked. I was in HVAC for 35 years, and this is the company I trust.

Alaskan Heating & Air Condition is THE BEST ! They recently installed 2 new air conditioner and heating systems at our house and we are so pleased!! Not only was the price very fair, their customer service is outstanding!! They go the extra mile, and we highly recommend this company for any air and heating needs!!!

He is competent, extremely knowledgeable, respectful and an all around nice guy. He is representative of all their employees with whom I have had positive experiences. Our A/C quit working around midnight on Saturday night. Alaskan was the only one of about 7 companies that I called who had a technician available to come out at once. Steve was here within an hour of my phone call, analyzed the problem with my A/C unit and replaced the defective part within about 30 minutes. He pointed out another issue that needs attention but did not pressure me into any service that was not immediately necessary. I was quite impressed and would highly recommend Alaskan to anyone in need of A/C repair. They exceeded my expectations!
