When we picked up our car it was a little confusing, but than again it was our 1st time renting in Vegas. We didn't get the car we ask for, but loved the Jeep renegade we got. Overall, very satisfied.

This is my second time renting with Alamo and my experience is by far the best my family and I visited Las Vegas from New York and in both occasions rented with Alamo the service was very professional and the cars were clean and up to date. I would recommend Alamo to anyone who's looking to save and have luxury at the same time. Five star all the way for me on both occasions with Alamo. ������������

I don't know why anyone would want to rent from anywhere else except Alamo. No security deposit hold (just the charge of the rental), you can check in online, and just walk to your area, sit in various cars and pick the one you want, most have free Sirius radio, it is a no brainer everytime I rent especially in Vegas. If you haven't rented in Vegas before, trust me, it is a zoo at the rental place. Make your life easier, rent from Alamo, check in online, then walk straight to your car with the keys inside already with your luggage. Service is excellent, because it is self-serve! The only time you see someone from Alamo is when you return the car. They come to you, help you out, ask if there are any problems, and email you the receipt. Love it!

Originally had a two-week rental, which was extended one day, at very little effort. Pricing for the vehicle was more than fair, and, even though it had over 30,000 miles on it, there was no problem with the vehicle. Overall it was a great experience. Will be back again to rent from Alamo the next time I need a car.

Selected Alamo based on competitive rates through COSTCO. Check in at Kiosk was user friendly and eliminated wait in long lines. Car selection was simple; however, selection was limited and my initial car had an expired license plate. An upgraded car was provided that had damage on the hood. I was not provided a paper copy of the damage report. Alamo Rep said damage was "in the computer". Everything worked out OK when I turned the car in.

Flew into Las Vegas for the weekend. Arrived after 10pm on a Thursday night. There was no line, the service was quick. Price was some what affordable for a rental car. The ease of picking up your car was good too.

My Family rented a vehicle online for the week of Thanksgiving, the experience was great, everything was so easy, the car was ready and waiting in Las Vegas, the price was very reasonable 2015 Ford Taurus, clean, good gas mileage and such a smooth ride. We will use Alamo again for our rentals.

The deal for this car was not worth the frustration. My car was a convertible. The speedometer was set in kilometers. No assistant available. I finally figured it out and changed it myself. I forgot my cellphone at drop-off. By the time I got to the terminal I had to call Alamo on a pay-phone. Hassle to get a hold of lost and found. Only answer machine. They sent it to me via FedEx Ground. Thanks a lot! I was happy to pay overnight but that was impossible. Took 9 days to get my phone.

Renting a car in Las Vegas is an exercise in extreme patience right now. The airport is under construction, so the shuttle to the rental cars takes forever to get to the rental hub. Once there, we stood in line for ten minutes before an Alamo employee told us we could use the kiosks if we had a confirmation number. There was no signage informing us of the fact. The only other problem we had was upon returning the car. We decided to turn it in early to avoid traffic issues when we left early the next morning. There was no directional info anywhere on the contract, holder, or in the car. And since we never spoke to an agent, we had no idea how to get back to the return area from our hotel. So, we headed to the airport and followed the signage until we totally lost it, and ended up on another freeway. We did call at the point and after a long hold, got an agent and got directions, finally. A return trip that should have taken us five minutes took 30. A little printed info would have helped a lot.

So glad I read reviews etc before we booked through Alamo in Vegas. We pre-paid etc and did the desk bypass and it took 20 minutes from stepping off the plane to leaving the airport !!! The queues at the other companies were long and I could easily see an hour plus wait at them all. The return was just as easy, a quick check of the fuel level and the car and I was away, 2 mins in total !!

This was the easiest most stress free rental ever. I made reservation online. Bypassed the rental booth by prepaying. Walked over the the line of cars I wanted picked my car and spent less than 5 minutes getting out of the garage. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Alamo has made car rental easy.

I was in Las Vegas from March 6 to March 11. I rented an intermediate car however they were all out at the time we arrived. They offered me a full size Nissan Altima which we accepted. When we opened the door, it smelled of cigarette smoke. We thought it would air out however it did not. This car should not have been let out until it was properly cleaned up. We ended up buying air freshener to try to make it smell better but it still was stink. Upon returning the car on the 11th, I complained to the car attendant who apologized for Alamo and offered us a courtesy discount. It was very nice to see that he really cared about the problem. The car drove very well and comfortable and would have received a 5 star rating except for the smoke smell.

Alamo gave me very nice deal for a wek rental and they have given me free updagrad to Full Size car. I got trouble wiht CAR once, they change my CAR very quick and again i am on the road. Thank you ALAMO team. Will surely book alamo again when plan another trip.

I would like to take this time to really thank Maggie at the airport location for assisting me with my rental. I inadvertantly scheduled my rental in my hometown instead of LV and somehow cancelled my reservation, she made sure that I left Alamo with a rental and with the same rate that I was quoted with on my current reservation. Maggie went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me and calm my nerves and never once did she become rude or uneasy to work with. If I could have this type of person to deal with on a daily basis, I would love to have her with her courteous, gentleness and upbeat attitude. Alamo has a winner with Maggie. Maggie, I thank you again and again. Alamo, give her a raise.

Just as advertised

I used the pay now feature when I rented a mustang convertible for my time in Vegas. It worked exactly like they said it would. I literally arrived at Alamo and was driving away in my car in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the car return process was a breeze. I will rent from Alamo again and I would recommend them as well. Thanks for making my car rental experience a breeze!!

Fantastic experience

I have rented from this Alamo in Las Vegas and I always have a experience. Once your off the plane and get your luggage just step outside, and onto the bus that takes you directly to the car rental center free of charge. Once inside Alamo has easy to use kiosks, head up to the garage grab your car and your on your way. Returning the car is as easy as pulling into the return area.

Alamo is by far the best car rental company in the business. They allow you to complete the entire transaction on line and you simply walk to your car, get in, and drive off! And their cars are cleaner and prices are lower than ANY competitor.
