My wife and I needed to get our vehicles washed and detailed but we didn’t want to pay a ridiculous price since we keep the inside clean already, just needed the floors vacuumed, the dash wiped down, and windows cleaned. We called a few places and checked reviews and this placed seemed like it would be worth a try. I have to say I am impressed! We went today (Sunday) and it took about 30 mins from start to finish for both vehicles, there were 3 vehicles in front of us. The interior of my car (2009) looks like it did when we first bought it. Price was $25 (not including tip), even for my wife’s SUV (2018). They had us inspect the car when they finished to make sure we were happy. It was completely worth it! We are strictly going to this place moving forward. I absolutely recommend it. If you’re on the fence about it I’d have to say for 25 bucks it’s worth trying.

This is our favorite car wash. We have Audi SQ5, and Alamo is the only company who is doing their job to our satisfaction. We almost always take Silver Wash for $20, you can't beat that price and quality. They are always busy, I wish they have little bar, where you can relax and grab some food and drinks while waiting for your car.

I recently took my car to Alamo car wash on Rainbow and Russell and while they were vacuuming the car, they scratched the crap out of my console in at least 6 spots. When I confronted the manager the only thing he had to say was "We use soft cloths when we wash." Well obviously it wasn't while they were washing, but vacuuming. The manager did nothing about it and only denied any blame. When I got an estimate of the damage, it came to $560. I'm so angry at Alamo and I never go there anymore and if anyone out there does then be prepared to pay for a lot more than a car wash because they won't take responsibility for the damages they cause. They might have internet but its not worth the risk of a $500 damage bill.
