Great experience. The counterman Will, was very polite, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

I had problem putting the 540 connector with my oxygen tank. I was wondering if Airgas would help cause I didn't purchase it from them. Will helped me with a ranch and problem solved. He also explained to me how to handle oxygen tank in the safe and correct way. I will get a refill next time from Airgas. Thanks so much Will, you made my day!!

I just had to make a call and talking with one of workers. First was Mr. Jack who just kept ignoring my understanding, later hung up without finishing conversation. Later trying to reach him, and other worker " WILL" told me that he is a manager at the location. Will also was not a good mode in his work and responding empty kindness to customer. Will just put me hold with how long I should wait for, so I called again saying bad words. He hung up. I call saying for apology to WILL immediately. He took Mt apologizy saying you could get behind of putting 10 person on his customers. I see here really busy. Airgas coperation should consider hiring more worker at this location, so employees could have not loose their temper. Thanks and hope to be a peace working place for the workers!!!

If there was a way to give this company negative stars I would. Horrible Customer service, bad attitude, not willing to help. Over priced will not return.
