Right Now Air is a great company. I have used their services for the past 20 years. They have repaired and replaced systems for me several times. I have always found them to be fair, honest and professional. Keep up the great work!

From the first phone call this company is customer service minded and professional. Called in at 8:30am to set appointment and tech was OTW by 10:30am. They even give you a call to let you know when he is on the way. The technician, Ken, was very professional, respectful, knowledgable and friendly. Let me know everything he was doing and also gave a brief explanation of his experience. Job was done in 30 minutes. Price was definately fair based on the high level of customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended!!

Amazing service! From the first call when making the appointment to the end of the service, everything was perfect. I called around 9 in the morning and had worker out by 10:15 am. Ken was so helpful and took the time to explain the entire process step by step. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My AC is now running perfectly with no problems. The greatest service ever received by any company!! I am pleased that I was referred to them and would use them again.

Great service from start to finish. The lady that answered the phone was helpful and concerned-she made me feel like she really cared about my problem. The service man that came out was professional and wore shoe protectors when he came into my house!! He explained the problem to me and the price was fair. I feel like this is a company that I can trust and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Called them for a second opinion on a quoted $3000 repair. Right Now Air fixed the problem for $250. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician was professional and personable. We wont use any other company from this point on!

Very professional.The lady that answered the phone was very caring. The serviceman was clean and wore a picture id badge. The service van was very bright and colorful. It was easy to tell the company name. The serviceman found the problem with the a/c and had it fixed in about 1 1/2 hours. The price he charged was fair and I'm sure the repair was done properly. I will use this company again.

THE REPAIRMAN WITHIN THE TIME FRAME I WAS TOLD. HE WAS VERY CLEAN, KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY OUR AIR CONDITIONER WASN'T WORKING AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. HE GAVE AN EXACT PRICE FOR THE REPAIR AND HAD US COOLING AGAIN WITHIN AN HOUR. FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE TO THE REPAIRMAN I WAS TREATED AS A PERSON NOT JUST A SERVICE CALL.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY.
