This company will not stop calling my cell with recorded sales messages after repeatedly asking to have my number reviewed. I would NEVER use an unethical company that uses illegal marketing tactics.

I was very weary of this company after looking at Google reviews. However, this is who American Home Shield contracted for our furnace. After having a HORRIBLE experience with a diff company over the summer, I was anticipating the worst. Boy was I wrong! They called me 20 minutes after I submitted my service request and got me in first thing this morning (thankfully, cause it's cold!). They gave me a window from 7 am until 10 am for their arrival. Hector arrived at 7:45 am and got right to work. He figured out the problem (2 broken parts) and had them in his truck. He installed the new parts and we finally have heat again. I love that he came with a stocked truck and didn't have to leave etc. He was personable and prompt. The last company left us without A/C for 10 days in July (110+ weather) and I am so thankful that we didn't have to go that long without heat right now. Thank you Hector and thank you Air One!

Air one was sent by American Home Sheild who I have for 15 yrs to fix my furnace, they tried n discovered something cracked n carbonminoxside was leakin into my house, Ahs turned denied me a jew furnace!after payin them forv15 yrs! But after talkin to Donna n Victor Air One decided to help me get a new one, told them how much I had n they gave me many discounts n made it happen!I also received alot of xtras from the insultaion plus they even serviced my air conditioner for free! Thank u Air Ohe! I give u 5 stars n will spread the word any way I can, n if ur courious they were on time n did great work N ALFREDO DID THE WORK! THANK U WE R FINALLY WARM

they came to my home and with same day service and a same day fix!. Air One left me having a happy customer for life.I will MOST definitely recommend this company to everyone.Staff is amazing and prices aren't ridiculous.

This is the best air company. They are honest and on time.

Air One is about the only honest ac company in town!, while everyone else in town seems to be trying to get in the front door just to push you into buying a new unit, Air One has been taking care of my ac/heat now for about 6 years and I would not dream of calling anyone alse. last summer my ac broke down when we got to 110 degrees for the 1st time in the season, with my wife pregnant at the time, and appointments not available for 72 hrs, Air One accomodated us and sended a tech out to our house at the end of his day;which was at about 10 pm, he found a blown fuese at the unit on only charged us like 75.00, any other company would have taken advantage of us. I had to beg the tech to take a tip, to which he responded, "I'm only doing my job but thank you!" this is truly an old fashioned honest company!

they did a fantastic job my ac is just blasting out cold air and their tech was so quick to find the problem they came out the same day too call them for ac and heat repairs : )
