I don't know how these people stay in business. They don't write proposals , don't get building permits, and Lie to their customers. If you want to have confidence in your contractor THESE ARE NOT YOUR GUYS

This is the same company that has gone out of business multiple times in the past few years. They used to be A/C for less, then A+ air conditioning, now air for less! Click on the link to thier website and see. Then check the contractors board for A+ air, the same address you'll find.
They are around for the summer months, go out of business, leave their customers high and dry, and start up under a new name the next year!!

Beware they don't obtain building permits. How do you know that the work complies with the building code?  You’ve picked a  contractor that says they have been in the business for many years, so you figure he must know what he is doing.  But does he?  With a building permit, at least there is a second set of eyes looking at the work.Faulty installations can cause fires, flood damage and other hazards, and also force you to make costly repairs when you sell your home. They also don't preform Manual-J load Calculations nor Manual D Duct Design and they aren't Nate certified.
