Thrift DLux Cleaners... Or... The LLC is Advent Cleaners... STAY AWAY!!!! They lost $256.00 worth of clothes and only reimbursed $100 worth. I have had multiple problems with repairs and stuff not being done on time. This is not a company I would recommend. Stay away, they refuse to make things right, when they are at fault... STAY AWAY!!!!

The cleaning itself is not that bad, the pressing leaves alot to be desired. The customer service is was gets 1 star. Awful customer service. They left me on hold on two separate calls. When I finally reached someone they did not seem to care that I was left on hold. Service 101 Hello?? When I asked to speak to a manager I was asked to leave my info and guess what?? No call back.. Bad Customer service....
