Dr. Koka and his staff were great! They were extremely helpful every step of the way and was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Plus he gave me a great referral for a Chiropractor Dr. Catania.

Don't goto this place if yoy care about your health very unprofessional Maria who works at the desk is rude and horrible at costumer relations if you want to be treated with respect look elsewhere for your health care.If they cared about their clients they would fire her

I will not go into the gory details, but I agree with the other reviewers: avoid this place! Really: do not go to this place!

Patients that need urgent care should seriously reconsider going to this facility. I brought my husband to this facility early Sunday morning to beat the crowds. He had influenza and had been vomiting for 5 days and was dehydrated and running a fever. I arrived along with 3 other patients all waiting for the doors to open, standing outside in line in the cold. The office staff arrived and refused to let us get out of the cold and enter the office until 9 AM. Than it was another 45 minute wait (we were the first patient to be seen) to be seen. A PA was on duty not a doctor. He put my husband on IV fluids and an injection for the vomiting and did blood work. The blood work showed he had 4.9 creatin rating which meant his kidney's where in danger. Instead of admitting him into the hospital he sent him home. Two days later this PA called us to tell us that one of the doctors reviewed his lab results and they wanted my husband admitted into the hospital immediately regarding the danger of kidney failure. We are on our way to admit my husband to the hospital this morning. You have to ask yourself this question.... Why did it take two days for them to get back to us on such an important issue? I would not recommend this Urgent Care Facility to anyone!!! PS I am only giving this a 1 star rating because I can not post this with ZERO STARS!

This is a poor excuse for a medical facility. I don't believe that the employees at this facility are even in the medical field. I went to urgent care for my 2 year old and we waited there for 3 1/2 hours and then doctor brought us in and gave my son fluids and a shot that isn't even administered anymore which I later found out from my pediatrician. My son was also prescribed medication that came in pill form and I researched it online and asked my pediatrician and found put that he is not suppose to even take this medication at his age. I ADVISE ANYBODY WHO IS CONSIDERING GOING HERE TO RETHINK YOUR DECISION AND RESEARCH SOME OTHER FACILITY TO GO TO!!!! BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY!!!

I came here today in horrendous pain from having 4 wisdom teeth extracted nearly a week ago. A Dr. Cruz saw me for about 2-3 min., practically laughed at my condition, and then prescribed me the exact medication that I told him and his physician's assistant was not working whatsoever. I urge you to go anywhere else but here.

I had been feeling bad all weekend and decided to go in for a visit on Monday. Saw a PA who told me I probably had just a stomach virus. Gave me a prescription for some meds and a lab request. Did the Lab on Tuesday, still feeling bad. Tried to reach the PA on Thursday three times and was given voicemail, no return call. Friday, still feeling bad, went to another Doctor for help. He called the lab and found out I had contracted a form of Ecoli for which the meds I was taking was doing nothing. New meds and am feeling much better today, a full week after going to Advanced Urgent Care. Still have not heard from the PA as to status of my lab or returning my calls. I would not recommend them for any kind of care, urgent or routine.
