Decided to go with this company because they gave me the best estimate on my yard in March of 2013. They gave me a 1 year guarantee on my plants. At first look, the yard looked great. But 10-20 plants died twice before the 1 year mark. Advanced gardening services replaced them once with no problem. Second time around I called Ed multiple times about them dying again, despite the built in irrigation system, additional watering, and miracle gro. He kept questioning ME, "how could 16 plants die!?" As if it were my fault. I didn't pull them out of the ground so he could assess the problem himself. He agreed to come by multiple times, and never showed. Avoided my calls but would accept it from different numbers. Saying he would replace them after the winter ended, because it might be the winter that killed them. We ended up replacing these plants ourselves, and the new plants thrived. On top of that they had installed pavers. They built up 2-stairs leading to the back door. A few pavers dangerously loose. Ed was notified about this a few times and they were never fixed.
