We had our landscaping done in October. Joe was great about taking us to the nursery to pick out plants, provided honest feedback on whether he thought something would look good/grow well, etc. The landscaping was done on time, and unlike other companies, Joe was present throughout most of the landscaping to answer questions. He even brought in more plants with no extra cost to fill in gaps that we did not anticipate. We had a few issues with the sprinkler system, but Joe was quick to fix it. Also, Joe was wonderful about replacing plants that died off...even six months later. I have yet to meet a company that gave a year long warranty much less honored it! The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because Joe does not always return phone calls promptly. HOWEVER, when he does return the call, he is quick to schedule a visit (within two days) if needed. This is small potatoes for me compared to the work. I would definitely recommend using this company!
