My husband and I bought a washing macine from this company in January. We were assured that the machine was in good working order by the sales people. Within one month the machine was not working at all. The store sent out a repairman within a few days. After looking at our machine, he said he would need to take it back to the shop to replace a part and would bring in back the next business day. The next day came and went. We called and were informed they would need another day. The next day the same thing happened. A few days into this we were told that a part would have to be ordered from Asia and it would take around 4 weeks to get it. Needless to say, we were not pleased that our supposedley brand new washer would be gone for around a month. We repeatedly asked for a refund and were told no. There is a sign hanging in the store saying all repairs are done within 3 days. I talked with the store staff repeatedly and it became obvious this is an ongoing issue with their merchandise. We did not get our washer back for over 6 weeks! It is now waorking great but I would not reccomend this place to anyone!
