Quality repairs with low, low prices. The wait time is worth it because they got my device repaired. it is as good as new now.

Chris and his team were excellent. Ours was a small job but he treated us like we were the only customer he had. He recommended a series of products that would work for our needs and was always available when we had questioned. This was an excellent customer experience!

All components still work just like new, the planning and craftsmanship that went in to designing my home theater system is top notch. I was initially impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, but this company failed miserably on follow through. Follow-up calls were forgotten about, appointment times were changed last minute, and my phone calls were not returned. If this is how they do business even before the job is done, I have no desire to see how difficult they would be to deal with if there are any problems afterward.

Acoustic Design was seamless with their installation and recommended the exact product I needed for my house. I trusted their team to come and go as needed to my house and their work was completed on time and within budget. I am enjoying the exceptional sound quality of the outdoor and indoor speaker systems. I would definitely use them again.
