Was a good Company but death occurred in my family had to leave right away, over all a good company but pay wasnt that good

If you are an armed/unarmed guard stay away from this company. They will work you 40hrs. and only pay you 37.5. The supervisors are lazy (this is an understatement) they will write you up for asking for water. They only pay $11-12 for armed and they want you to be like cops, making drug busts and arrests of guests of residents that are walking away. If you call for back up good luck the cops would get there faster. They want you to violate people's civil rights and enforce a non-existence curfew in which you can be sued for harassment. Worst of all they won't fire you but will put you on a on-call list and never call you preventing you from getting unemployment. I say again stay away.
