I called them at 4:30 on Thursday afternoon, and inquired about memorial decals for my 15 year old Son who had passed away recently. They took my order over the phone, (with no pre-payment deposit) and told me they would be ready the next afternoon. My Girlfriend and I arrived early to find the finished product was much better than we anticipated. I asked for the bill, and George shook hands with me, and said have a nice day. Not only will I definitely use this company again, I will highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

Terrible service, the lady at the front desk has the nerve to call potential customers "a a$$hole" for questioning the no firearms allowed sign in the front door area. Never again will I step foot in that establishment and I will be sure to spread the word for others not to also.
