I was really stuck between a rock and a hard place. It was 5AM and my serpentine belt needed changed on my BMW. I called 3 other places and no one answered for their "24 hour" service calls. The guy that answered the phone was very friendly and was able to give an accurate quote over the phone. I want able to get to work as soon as I wanted but there were certain parts needed specifically from BMW. Regardless I was still able to get to work and put in half a day. I saved on towing expenses which probably would have rivaled my final bill from these guys. On top of that I would have had to wait for a shop to open.

The technician that showed up was Mark. He was super friendly and very efficient. He explained everything to me as he went. Very fair and honest. Definitely recommend.
