I had a plumbing emergency this morning. I went to turn off the water in my washing machine, and the piece that turns off the water broke off in my hand, and there was water spraying full force all over my laundry room. Thank goodness my husband was able to turn off the water valve. Not knowing where to turn, I looked up Las Vegas Plumbers on the internet. I called Absolute Plumbing and Brondy Johnson answered immediately. He said he would be at my house between 11 and 12, and he showed up at 10:50 a.m. He quickly found the problem, explained the repair to me, and had the job finished in a short time, While he was there, I also showed him a problem with my kitchen faucet and dishwasher draining. Brondy was able to install a new kitchen faucet for me and install a new drainage hose for my dishwasher. We were very pleased with his work, and I feel the cost was fair. Thank you Brondy for a job well done!

Brondy just hooked up my UV filtration system and water softener yesterday on my water well, and I could not be more happy with the job. He took time to figure out how my system worked, and his knowledge saved me from tearing walls down and digging a $2,000 trench. Any other plumber I know would have tried to go to town on me. This man knows what he is doing and is very honest.

I called Absolute Plumbing because I had a water leak. Brondy Johnson, Service Manager (I think owner, too) arrived early for our appointment the next day. To make a very long story short Mr. Johnson worked for hours digging looking for and finding the leak. He fixed the problem and installed a water shut off valve; which was never put in when the house was built. There were several other plumbing issues that came up it seemed within only days. Brondy even answered the call on a late Sunday afternoon because I had another crisis. I believe I was charged a fair price and for all he did I would have gladly paid more. In fact I expected to pay more. I would not hesitate to call Absolute Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was calling for an estimate on my slow draining toilet but, was taken back by all the surcharges before the estimate was quoted.

1. Surcharge to estimate the qoute.

2. Surcharge for fuel.

3. Surcharge to set appointment.



I asked why all the surcharges, and the guy hung up on me!



Absolute plumbing must be an absolute joke, no thanks!



This isn't a airline!

I had a plumbing emergecy on a Sunday afternoon, and thought "Oh boy this is going to hurt."



The guy arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what he was going to do, got the parts he needed, and went to work. Had the water back on in 30 minutes and hooked up my water heater shortly thereafter.



I am extremely pleased with Absolute Plumbing.
