Not only is Aaron Lelah rude, he is also a thief. He tried to give me close to $1000 less for my gold jewelry to sell than to other places offered me. He claimed that some of my gold was 10K, when it was all 14k gold. The jewelry was tested by another jewelry store and came back all "14K GOLD". So either he is an outright thief, or cannot tell the difference between 10K and 14K gold. Either way be very careful before you bring your gold to him, shop around and get estimates before selling anywhere.

I was working with a saleswoman first who was very nice. My wife was looking for a new diamond for her ring. We wanted a quality 2 carat at least F color. The saleswoman quoted us a diamond with those specifications and then Aaron Lelah came over to verify the price, which was a good price. When the diamond came in, it was a faded slight yellowish color and my wife said the diamond looked terrible. I asked for a loop to look at it and Aaron became very annoyed. I asked to see the certificate on this diamond as it looked an H color or I. He wouldn't show me the certificate, became rude and told me to go somewhere else if I thought I can get a better deal. It was obvious he did a "BAIT and SWITCH"...Yes do your homework first like the other review says! Check other Jewelry stores...there are many other reputable jewelers who act professionally.

Aaron Lelah is the best jeweler and most friendly business owner I have ever dealt with in Las Vegas. If you want a no hassle, honest jewelry buying experience, you should not go anywhere else in town but Aaron Lelah. Custom jewelry, fair prices, excellent customer service.

Aaron's jewelry is fantasitic. I have bought several pieces of jewlry from this store and I have always always been satisfied, with the quality, price, and customer service. I will continue to buy from this man because I respect his business ethics and the quality of his products.

Aaron Lelah is the best. I had him make a ring for my wife about a year ago and she loves it. Today, I bought one of his fantastic watches. I can't help checking it out every couple of minutes. I'm shocked that there is someone who reports having been treated badly because every time that I go in there, the staff treats me exceptionally well even though I'm not there to spend too much money.

I was in the market to replace a stone in my ring and had a price in mind and have sold jewelry in the past for 4 years and let them know upfront what I was interested in. Salesperson said I should not care for such a small stone ?? WOW and owner came out and told me to shop somewhere else where I was quoted a previous price. Myself and my wife were astonished and were actually looking at this as well as some cleaning, diamond studs and were ready to spend a couple of thousand. Staff and owner were highly rude and did not even want to show us anything they have. DO NOT judge a book Aaron, I work as a Jewelry reveiwer now and worst customer service myself and my wife have ever had ( PERIOD ). I believe this is because they are overpriced and did not want to deal with someone that knew what they wanted to find in a stone. Buyer beware - Do your homework first and be careful of this store front....

WOW WHAT CAN I SAY, EVER SINCE I WALKED IN Aaron's jewelry store back in 2005 , i was welcomed like i already have been a customer for years. Aaron approched myself and asked me how can i help you ,i proceeded to explain to Aaron that i would like to remake a personal and sentimental piece of jewelry that was so deer to my soon to be wife. it was jeanne's moms old engagement ring. with no hesitation Aaron and i came up with a unique drawing of a triple gold ring bound together with a bevelled dimond cut around the center, with diamonds around the outer edges aswell the almost perfect diamond that centers the whole ring. since he spent so much time with myself putting what would be the most spectacular engagement ring together that i have ever seen, i could not wait to tell others about my experience. thanking you Aaron and staff for what would be a wonderfull relationship. sincerly PAUL & JEANNE SCIDURLO... There are a lot of jewelers in Las Vegas, but you never know what you are going to get. After being quite unhappy with several in the area, including some of the bigger names, I searched online, then called the Better Business Bureau. I needed nine rings repaired, sized and cleaned. Several of which were fairly valuable. Aaron Lelah Jewelers said in their ad that they would do all of the above while you wait.



I went in early afternoon, taking my rings. They would have done them while I waited. As it would have taken several hours, after talking to Aaron, I felt comfortable leaving them and returning. Although I didn't get them to the store until after 1 pm, they were repaired, sized and cleaned by the agreed upon time same day, at the agreed upon price even though they did more than we had discussed.



I found Aaron and his staff professional, knowledgeable and personable. The store was well lighted, the items well presented and the store was extremely clean. I am a jewelery "nut" and it is difficult to find a store where you feel as if you are not only getting your money's worth, but that they are glad to serve you. I deliberately went in dressed very casual, and didn't feel for a moment that any judgements were made by Aaron or his staff.



We will be returning to this store again.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AARON LELAH JEWELERS! AND THE JEWELRY IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. THEY HAVE SOME OF THE MOST UNIQUE JEWELRY DESIGNS I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF YOU ARE NOT SHOPPING AT THIS STORE YOU ARE MISSING OUT.
