I took my van here today to be checked out decided after they said what needed to be done that I wasn't going to have them fix it he said we will pull it right up (Yes I drove it there and everywhere else daily!) They come back my car starter and key locked because of my theft system we were told it's not there forte that we had a bad key LMFAO I just had the dealer make that key and before they touched my car it drove and started just fine we asked if they could at least tow it to dealer no here's a number for tow truck didn't offer water nothing while we sat outside in the heat finally got tow truck towed it to dealer whom made the key and wouldn't we all be shocked to know the dealer said nope key isn't bad they reset a programmer my car needs for the anti theft system while they were doing there multi point check on my car!!!!!now I have to pay to fix this problem!!! Please please do yourself a favor never go here! I will be reporting them to BBB and anyone else I can I'll also be talking to a lawyer with signed statements from dealer mechanic verifying they messed my car up least you all could have done was take responsibility and do the right thing!!!!

From the professionalism to the actual service work my experience was GREAT!! I contacted AAMCO on Rainbow Blvd with a scary history of dealing with auto repair service lies, cheats and crooks was my thought. YET!!! from the first contact with manager Steve I was walk through the whole process with care and patience ( and I can be a handful). THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE AND REPAIRS!!! Tracy H

My father's car was in need of service and he had seen an advertisement about AAMCO. He was visiting from LA and needed service right away. They had told him they are not open on the weekends (which they have Saturday hours listed) and Monday was the earliest day to repair his car. That was not going to work, because my father had to return to LA the next day. Mike had called my husband (because my husband was in charge of the car) and notified him since we declined the service they were going to leave the car outside. Upon our arrival (at approx 3:47), my father was sitting outside of a closed shop (their hours state they are open until 5). They had locked up my car in their shop and drained all the fluids from the vehicle (which I had not consented to). This was the WORST experience I've ever had. Thank goodness for the Regional Operations Manager, who had saved the day and was able to have someone back at the shop to release the car.I will never go to list location again. It's so disappointing that this shop not only falsely advertises their shop hours, are dishonest (by not keeping their word), but the attitude I've received from their employees was completely unprofessional.I will never go to list location again. There are several other AAMCO locations in the Las Vegas valley that are much better than this one.
