They helped me with my Corpora...

They helped me with my Corporation Setup (LLC). I didn't have to lift a finger. I also was happy with the "business setup package" they did for me. The package included business cards, letterhead, brochures, etc. I'd definately recommend them to other small businesses trying to get started.

I got a great rate on a mailbo...

I got a great rate on a mailbox rental here. I found them when I needed some banners made. The owner is no-nonsense, gave me a fair price and got the job done alot quicker then the last place I went to.

They did a wonderful job for u...

They did a wonderful job for us. We had them print our magazine and they finished them in 2 days! I have no idea what this other rater is talking about. They were the best priced in the city, quality was great and no one could beat the time frame they finished the job in.

Over-priced, neglectful, owner...

Over-priced, neglectful, owner needs a lesson in customer service!!



I left a business card with this company as soon as they opened to see if they could change my hours on it (which raised the price by almost 50%) and print up an order. I was told I would recieve an email of a proof that day. I waited until closing and recieved nothing, the next day still nothing. I returned at the the end of the second day to retireve my business card and left with nothing but excuses and frustration, they refused to actually look for it. The owner John opened a drawer glanced at it and moved two papers on his desk and said his "graphic designer" had it and i would have to come back the next day to retrieve it. Terrible company, even worse customer service. so much for supporting local businesses.

The customer brought a card into our shop on the Monday to change his information. Being a digital company we need it in an email format ie pdf. But I told him I would try and help him by scanning it . The quality was not good . The 2nd day he came in shouting and complaining about no one called him and our prices are high. I told him if he gets his printing done at Vista print we can't beat it. Our company provide quality and good customer service and we are known in this town for our work and service. The best think for this client is to keep using Vista print.
