A-1 Answering Service is a division of A-1 Multi Service, Inc, a family owned and operated business established in 1963. We offer a full range of message management services to clients internationally, nationally and locally. We are a member of the MLI Network, which is exclusive to NAEO Members. MLI & NAEO consists of a select group of telecommunications companies offering superior services through adherence to the highest standards while providing competitive value and accessibility to their clients. We use state of the art equipment to provide professional, efficient service, which enhances customer satisfaction. It is our mission to become a seamless extension of our client's operations so that their customers are not aware of where our client ends and the answering service begins. We are an Alpha and Beta site for the newest software designed by AMTELCO. We are the only Answering Service in Las Vegas equipped to provide Web Hosting, Web Designing, E-Mail dispatch and Online Order Entry. We are constantly in training and learning modes.
