I will let you know that I went to this florist shop and ordered a bouquet that was supposed to be us sympathy flowers for my sisters visitation at her funeral so what I thought I picked were supposed to be some purple roses or some pink with the white tea Roses in a little porcelain vase what was sent there was all pink roses carnations and I got awful white ceramic vase it looks like a tree trunk I was never so disappointed all my life and I won’t be back there it was pathetic especially for somebody‘s funeral. And the owner wanted to know if she wanted me too have her call the other flower shop because it was Teleflora asked who is in Nebraska refund my money it wasn’t their fault it was the person at their shop in Vegas that made the mistake. So if you don’t want to tell florist order make sure they read back the work order which they never did for me I’ve never ordered flowers before that way never do it again. Debra B.

A dear friend of ours had a relative pass away the other day. We sent a medium size peace lily plant to their home. She absolutely Loved it! Really Cheered her up & she said the plant was beautiful! Thank You Twisted Tulip for your courtesy, quality & promptness! We WILL be back! :)

The best customer service I have experienced in a florist. I asked for a funky little arrangement for a small occcasion, and they walked me into their cooler, helped me with picking, and then dressed up the Stargazer that I chose to perfection. Friendly staff, beautiful store, and amazing displays. The pricing wasn't bad either! I highly recommend!

Wasn't sure what I wanted to get for my retiring employee (and an arrangement for my girlfriend), but the staff was wonderfully helpful and set me up with great arrangements! Much thanks to Nicole for her help!

Really nice shop with good selection of fresh flowers.They had some really cool orchids underwater that lasted over a month!

Yesterday, I received a floral arrangement from your shop. It was ordered by my daughter, Carol Rivas, for my birthday.The tiny pink roses where on one stem and many of the daisies were either wilted , broken or all on one branch. There was even one stem that had three flowers gone and only the stems and one flower remained. By the time I removed all the ones in poor condition, I remained basically with mostly greenery and not enough to put together any arrangement. I had to dispose of it.Very disappointed but will never tell my daughter.
