Great experience! Awesome customer service, appointment was for 3 to 5 PM and showed at 3Pm sharp! Very courteous, and explained exactly what he was doing.

I was at the gas station and I seen A-techs work van took the number down, It was very clean, professional, and the owner was in a uniform. I looked him up on the internet and seen several people were very happy with his service. I decided to call him, he booked me into his schedule gave me a 2hr time window when he would be out, and his work speaks for itself. This is one of the only companies in this trade who is HONEST. He told me exactly what was wrong, and educated me about the issue. I now have brad Coming out to do his maintenance service which I highly recommend! This company is going to be #1 in the Vegas Valley in no time!

I highly recommend this company! Brad and his team are extremely honest and personable. They had to come out 4 separate times to fix our heat but only charged us twice and were very fair with their pricing. You can't go wrong with this company!! Thank you!!

I called this company after getting a deal on LivingSocial. They were great, professional, and fixed my air conditioner in a little over an hour. He made sure I knew what the problem was and which parts specifically he was going to replace and did not try to upsell me anything.

I really have nothing but good things to say about this company. I'm late in writing this review, but my A.C. Went out I. The middle of July. Anyone who's been in Vegas knows that having no A.C in the summer is an EMERGENCY. The owner, I think his name is Brad, really shows that he cares about his clients. He was there the same day I called and was extremely thorough with his work. He explained the issue, and gave me options about what could be done. I appreciated not being told that I had to purchase an entire unit as a definitive solution. Budget friendly, prompt service, and all done with a smile. If anything happens again, A Tech is the company I'll be calling. They're pretty cool! (Excuse the pun)
