It is a company that can not be trusted.



Recently, at this location, I was greeted and treated by a guy (maybe from the middle east), who was very friendly, interested in making conversation and offering atention. Meanwhile, this guy coming back and foward from the back door, was ordering to another employee (a little old), to offer me a good deal with the phone that I was interested. Later on I found out that I was cheated, because it was never a good deal. They do not respect the deals offered by AT&T, even when they are authorized dealers. They only offer the same deals when they are pushed by the possible return of the purchase, when we find out, we're cheated by paying higher prices than other stores, even betwen other stores of the same company. (spring mountain & rainbow; jones & tropicana, boulevard mall).



It was a big impact for me to know that the friendly guy was the Director of Sales in Las Vegas, and the old employee, was the Store Manager..... If the blood of employees at the head is rotten, what we can expect from the rest of the employees.



We can not build a country, with people like this. It just sucks.
