I have to agree with Guest33880. I had asked them to make sure that my family physician also received a copy of a report not just the doctor that requested it. They failed to do so, even after promising to do so, which caused my family physician to have her office staff track down a copy which was a time consuming effort. Had the staff at AA Medical done their job correctly, my family physician would have had a copy before my visit. I was even told by their staff that a report could be created when I dropped off the test devise, but to my surprise when I arrived at the office the person that I ask for the report said that the apparatus would not be read until the next day and therefore no copy of the report was available for me to take to my family physician.

I gave them a one star rating only because people would think that I was holding a grudge. The staff at the Spring Mountain location are incompitant with their billing practices. They failed to submit paper work to insurance companies causing non payment after the insurance companies approve the equipment needed for the patient. Then years later, not months, go to the patient for payment turn them over to collections and ruin a persons credit. SHAME ON THEM AND THE PRCTICES OF THE MEDICAL COLLECTION AGENCIES THAT FEED OFF OF PEOPLES GRIEF. Enough said. Shame on you all
