5 stars! Mark showed and tested out many sewing machines for me and provided details about each one. You won't find anyone that knows more about machine features, history, and capabilities anywhere. You can ask him questions about where they are made and how they compare. He has been doing this for a very long time, and they offer a great trade up program. He even gave me free gourmet coffee.

Very disappointed with the customer service with this company. They have had my Hoover vacuum for over two months. I have called every two weeks to find out the status of my repair and always an excuse. I have NOT ONCE received a follow up call from them. They do not seemed concerned at all.

I called and asked for a specific part for which I had the model and serial number. They ensured me they had it without hesitation. I explained I wanted to ensure they had it before driving the 40 minutes to get to them. Well, I was convinced to drive all the way over there. They handed me an item with no markings on it identifying it as the item I needed. They argued that they knew what I needed for my equipment. I explained they had assured me they had the item I called for and that I did not want to have to go back - time is precious as we all know. Sure enough, I got convinced that it was the correct item, I brought it home and guess what?

They were WRONG!!!!! Do not go to these people. Further more, they were rude - taking my concern for wanting to get the item correct the first time as a minor issue.

I took the day off from work to take care of this time consuming adventure to be completly unhappy. What I want to say to them is "You guys are a bunch of idiots!" I am going to eat the financial damage just so that I do not have to deal with them ever again. Sir Dissatisfied!

Not very knowledgeable on their business. Gave them part numbers over the phone. Said they had both parts. Went there and they had only 1 part. The part they had, I questioned that it looks too big. Mark swore that it was a replacement part and it would fit. Went home and it was too big. Returned it. Never will go to this place again. Very unprofessional staff.
