Provided by YP.comThe owner, Mike, sets the professional and customer friendly tone for this very rare business in today's turbulent timed. Three separate crews for each segment of my pool resurfacing project worked artfully and quickly to turn my eyesore into a gem. Everyone who worked on the project was of similar commitment to ensure a trauma free process that left me smiling, then in awe, after meeting the owner and understanding the principled culture of the entire operation. When it was time to start the pump and return the pool to full operation, Mike, the owner, personally acted to seal a leaking pipe connection, working well over an hour after sunset. He also secured color coordinated fittings and installed a new pipe for an autofill mechanism I had purchased. After many bad experiences hiring contractors to work on my house, my faith was finally restored and now I'm a believer again that there are companies here that you can count on. I highly recommend Sunsplash Pools Service & Repairs to anyone who appreciates quality, cost effective pool rehabilitation and a shot of redemption.

Provided by YP.comOver the years I have had problems with Sunsplash maintaining the pool - at lease twice during the summer months the pool would start to turn green and I would have to place calls and send emails requesting service. After these communications, the pool was eventually serviced and we moved forward.
Trouble began earlier this year when Sunsplash was not cleaning the pool on scheduled visits. The last visit the service man made was due to my follow-up with their office in late May. They were paid for service in June however, did NOT perform any of the service, did not respond to calls, emails. Take the money and run - from a loyal customer .... ??? What is This about ????
I have had new vendors provide an assessment and bids. The bidding vendors have all found that the chemicals were significantly out of balance, PH very low, pool was full of phosphate, requires enzyme shock, identified leaks on pump which requires minor repairs.
If the vendor will not respond to a loyal customer who has paid the bill for three years - will not perform the services for which they were PAID - and will not communicate in any way -- I would suggest this is a reason for a "F" Failing Grades!!
