Redefined Living, along with sister-company Redefined Moving, is committed to providing professional and stress-free experiences for our clients. Our family-owned and operated company does not use subcontractors; we fully employ all our staff, who work exclusively for us. All employees are covered by Worker's Compensation insurance and go through a formal training program. Redefined Living and Redefined Moving are licensed, bonded and insured. We carry Bonding/Employee Dishonesty and Commercial Automobile coverage, Commercial General Liability Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation. We take pride in our commitment to the protection of our clients and their belongings. Redefined Living is a member of NASMM and NAPO; both national organizations are committed to setting and maintaining industry standards. Our initial consultation is complimentary, as we realize that in order to give a proper estimate, it should be done in person. Fees are discussed at the consultation.
