I went in on 12/11/11 to buy a $50.00 pop up card, and they said they sold it at the front,so me and my husband waited in line,and he kept on saying to me a plan. I said no a pop up card for my phone,we paid for the card we thought we were paying for, came home put it in the phone and it came back no more minutes for the phone,these guys do not know how or what they are doing, i cant find my receipt,and anyways i would not give them the time of the day. so I out $50.00 dolllars,thanks to your wonderful employees who don't know what a pop up card is,you need some new people in there who knows how to sell,and knows what they are doing. because there just taking people money and selling them anything,that was in radio shack,in largo mall in florida. I hope that store closes.Or fire whose in there,and get people who knows what there doing.
