Sorry u had a problem

Since the new owners have taken over (3-4 months now) the customer service of this location as taken a turn for the worst. My nails began cracking the day after I had just had them done. So I scheduled and appointment to get them fixed. Upon arrival at the location for my appointment no one was there. When I call the next day the owners wife had the audacity to make it seem like I was out of line for holding her and her husband accountable for the previous days actions. All she had to say was sorry and she could fix them. Needless to say after over a year of going to this salon I will not be back thanks to the new owners. They do cruddy service for outrageous prices and dont care about their customers.

Just had a refit of the nail stations and they are great. This place is clean, friendly and competitvely priced. Well worth a visit

I went to at least 6 nail salons on East Bay Drive on Superbowl Sunday. All their signs were blinking, and said open, but they were closed. I was shocked to find that Queen's Nails was actually open! The service was prompt, and I felt very welcomed. Besides getting pink and white tips that are the most natural looking that I have ever seen, I also had my eyebrows done for the first time. The technician was very gentle. My only regret was that I didn't give the technician a tip as well. I am definitely going back.

Excellent service, cleanliness and price. This nail salon has been in the local area for several years and has always provided friendly, courteous and professional service. The salon is pleasantly decorated and has a homey feeling. You feel like a friend, not a number.
