I recently went into Plato's to return a pair of pants I bought a few days previously that I notice after arriving home had a large faded stain all the way down one of the legs of the pants. I don't know how on Earth this pair of pants passed Plato's inspection of clothing they take in but it was appalling and shows the low quality and lack of care the staff puts into the inspection process. What made it worse was the fact that I went into Plato's with my receipt and the tags still attached to the pants as they hadn't been worn or washed and the sales associate and manager refused to return them or let me trade them for another pair of pants I could actually wear. To top it off they were RUDE and condescending, treating me like I had made the stain myself and was trying to con them. As a long time customer of this Plato's Closet I was floored by the way the staff acted. I doubt I will shop here again and I'd advise others to go to the Tyrone Blvd Plato's Closet or the one on US 19 by Palm Harbor if you want to avoid deal with BS.

I never get more than $10 for items when i bring in several large bags, and I shop at all of the brands they supposedly buy clothes from. Also, the employees here are condescending and rude. I will drive to Tampa from now on because the Dale Mabry one was excellent.
