Jeff’s Koi House is a wonderful Businsess with which to work! We highly recommend Jeff and his staff to provide the most awesome pond with everything you could want at a very reasonable price!

We will continue utilizing his business whenever we need fish and/or our pond needs refreshing.

Hello I'm writing in response to the review from sherman miller, his review is nothing but lies, I built him a pond exactly how we discussed, this guy was in a wheelchair from an accident, an was on some heavy pain pills and ever time I would talk to him he was high mumbling his words and could never understand what he was saying, he would even threaten me an tell me he can have me killed, there was a small leak by the waterfall, that after the pond settled needed to be tweeked, which occasionally happens, and a uvc-light that the bulb when came in from shipping was broken which I told him about, then his attitude started changing on me, he bought some fish on line that were very stressed out an weak that died and got sucked up by the bottom drain, that he later on blamed me for it and he had some roofers working on his roof that would throw garbage off the roof into his yard that he would later on blame and my crew , which was also false, I take great pride in my installs an felt that I needed to explain myself , people are quick to judge without knowing the facts, in this business I've learned some people try to blame others in order to get stuff for free, so please judge us by our work and I also would be more than happy to give references an numbers

Nothing from problems from the first day pond installed incorrectly look like they dug a hole and put down lose stone not locked together as promise leaks from water fall and drain he would never call back always to busy with the next one well when I pay $9000 I would think you could take the time out to fix your mistakes .koi fish being sucked in pump tried to nice gave workers drinks witch they though on ground and never pick up also plates were left with fence that' came with it pump that came with it didn't work upgrade at my own cost but then he wanted payment for that. He is very unprofessional workers mostly sat down in my lawn chair when they do show up they dug the pond in flip flops all the roots they found are stile in my back yard the water fall that was installed was just placed on lose dirt so when it rains the waterfall would become unstable was told job was complete and I need to pay even with all the problem or be chargers 18% a day so I call in new company and they show me even more problems.leaks to cuts in liner guess that's way had to fill each day no uv light was installed just said was to get paid would not let this company touch my pond do you home work before you do check the Internet there many jeffs koi houses under different address and names o buy the way new company did a new pond using none of old parts reinstalled for half the price and now it safe for my kids to walkout and find the fish

The best fish I've ever seen. I had always seen all these beatiful fish on websites, When I went to Jeff's I finnaly got to see them in person.

Jeff's koi House has an unbelievable selection. Jeff's makes Florida's Koi farms look good. I have been collecting koi for years and have driven all over the state looking for koi. I usually leave a koi shop with one or two fish I'm really happy with and a couple that are alright, but finnaly I found Jeff's I purchased Sankes, Showas, Kohakus, a hi-usuri, shusui, a white platinum, and a unbelievable ginrin tancho all on my first trip. If your a koi lover this is the shop for you. You can save yourself the trip to all the other Florida Koi Farms and stay right here and visit this Tampa Bay Area koi shop.
