Owners wife is very rude and treats employees like slaves.

The owners wife is a materialistic tool that appears dressed up but exhibits no class and is the main reason for the turnover in that place. She only cares about her material things and thinks that people care to listen. Get a life! Treat people with respect. Employees are the key to your success.

This place is awfull to work at..no one speaks english..some people been there threw a temp agency for 2 years without being hired..They hire 6..layoff 12..temp agency charges money to hire you.. then they get rid of you..they yell at workers.so if u dont know spanish/latin..chinese or albanin ur screwed..if u want cheap plastic crap..this is your place..but please take your money somewhere else...horrible employer..

5 yrs after a bad experience we decide to give this vendor another try. Ordered Flashlight Caribeaners. 25% of product does not work when 1st tried. Hit says sorry our website says we warranty for 15 days. In the promotional products industry in many cases clients pre-order product for a future event. To ask them to test 500 pieces is not acceptable. Hit chooses not to step up and fix the product. Customer Service says sorry your out of luck. We can’t do anything.

Worst Customer Services. I lost a huge order because of them - they couldn't deliver it as the said they would. Made sure that they will ship the item in a certain day (because i have it as urgent order) , and they promised they will (i made sure) - but day after , after asking them about the product, they simply replied - "I was unable to ship your order yesterday" . Ridiculous ! We have lost a huge customer over this - WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER , THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT THAT GOOD ANYWAY !
