Do not, Do NOT, DO NOT by any means ever find yourself working for the company Elite Care, LLC. I was employed by this company for two months. I was told my first check would be held, so I worked for nearly a month and a half without a paycheck. Once my first paycheck was received (It actually came on time) it was short the hours I worked before I had an official employee clock-in number. My first check was 112$ that I worked nearly every day of 70 waiting to receive. Maybe it was just a mistake. I continue showing up, doing my job for my employer, as asked. (7 days a week, mind you, on an advertised 3-5 day a week gig, no complaints from me.) Next paycheck is due on March 12th. (Paychecks supposedly come the 12th and 26th according to the hiring paperwork) No paycheck the 12th. 17th it shows up. After being promise it had been sent the prior Friday (7 full days before) AND THEN on Tuesday, it shows up with a check stamped in Largo, Florida (origin) March 15th. Five days after original promised date of sending. I'm so excited. Finally my first full check after a lot of stress and wait. I open it up, it's less than half of what I expected it to be. I worked over 13 days that 14 day period and received a check for less than 5 days worth. Try to get "Kelly from Finance Dept" on the phone (the person lying about the checks) and now she suddenly won't answer. As you can see this company is not worth working for. You will spend more money and waste more time than you'll ever see in return. Also, if you are considering contracting Elite Care, LLC. as a company to service your retail store or any other establishment, DO NOT HIRE THEM. ESPECIALLY if you value your employees and believe people should be treated fairly and compensated justly for work they do.Just as the above poster, I, too, will be seeking advice from a lawyer and following up in small claims court to secure the money they owe me for all the time I gave them.Thanks for your time, Kevin McLean.

I would give them 0 stars. Terrible company to work for. Liars, frauds, crooks. They don't pay you. You literally have to call them constantly to get your money. The owner Leasa is rude and gives excuses as to why she doesn't pay her employees on time. Everyone is rude honestly. Very unprofessional. I have no clue why this company is still in business. Steer clear of Elite Care. I promise you will regret it if you work for them. I never worked for a company that didn't pay their employees. And then instead of trying to resolve the issue and get your check to you asap they get an attitude with you. Just stay away. If you see their ads on craigslist PLEASE KEEP SCROLLING.

Went to work for this company they are crooks along with this man mark 727--656-4880 who told me to go to job to work and sign application month later still no check the usual run around don't even attempt to work for this company they WONT PAY YOU THEY MAKE YOU WORK FOR FREE ! I would not even give this company one star. I worked for this company for one week. They were unprofessional. They waited two weeks after I had quit to send me my paper work to fill out. I was cleaning the Michaels arts and craft in brandon. That place was filty,mess I made it glow after four days. Well the forth day, someone was to be at the account by 6am, we'll he didn't get there till 645 with the propane tank, so I can run the machines but yet I had to be gone by 7am cause the don't pay you after that. So anyways he came in snapping on me, so I went off. First of all I own my own small commercial and residential cleaning business. I only took the little part time job for extra cash to privately buy my spouse a 1500 dollar engagement ring. I quit that day. I was so upset how he came at me. I been calling back to back about my check and now someone is answering when I was suppose to get it two weeks ago.very unprofessional company. My company name is 5 star legacy cleaning services.
