Do not buy a bike from these people. I purchased for approximately $2000 an IZIP ZUMA electric bike. I have had my bike since October. It stopped working on April 2. I dropped my bike off 3 weeks ago. On the day I dropped it off I watched the technician unplug a connection and then try and plug it back together, arc’s and sparks every where. They got the factory to replace I’m told all the electrical parts. They arrived in a week, so I was told. It has been two weeks since the parts “arrived”. They do not return calls. I will never again purchase from them. I still do not have my bike. On the third week after parts arrival my bike was returned. Hope it continues to run as this is my only mode of transport on our RV trip. Not a good experience.

Review: I bought an XB 610 from Electric Vehical Mall over 2 years ago. And I did not use it to zip around campus; I drove it as my primary means of transportation everyday. And just like Rod and Freeman said: It stood up and provided reliable transportation for just pennies a day! And even though it is now time to upgrade its still running. One cautionary note: The tires are real bicycle tires, and they go flat like real bicycle tires. So when Rod or Freeman recommends upgrading them to motorcycle tires; Believe THEM! And if they should not mention the upgraded tires ask! I have not gotten a single flat since I put them on! Sincerely Michael B Cayce

After many hours of research, I recently purchased an EW-36 mobility scooter. Although it is still very new, I am satisfied with the machine. I spent as much effort in deciding who to buy the scooter from as I did on choosing a scooter.

With all of the dealers offering the same price, my decision had to be based on customer service.

Electric Vehicle Mall stood out above all of the others. They were always friendly, prompt with responses and accurate. I was able to talk to the sales and their service department. After the sale they were equally friendly and helpful.

I hope to do business with Electric Vehicle Mall again in the future.

Finding this dealer was like finding a diamond among a bunch of coal. Answered my first call and my 2nd call was returned in less than 30 minutes. There was never any sales pressure, just lots of information to help me decide which electric bike was right for me. I got my bike less than a week later in perfect condition. I had a couple of questions that customer support (yes, they have a dedicated customer support line!) answered immediately. These guys really know electric bikes. I love my e-bike! In some ways, it has changed my life.
