Hostile environment with unfriendly customer service. Good prices on Browning HiPowers. Poor Colt selection. Many used but expensive old guns.

I found this store was pretty good on average. They charged a little too much when Glocks were in short supply, but not too steep. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back.

I've been dealing with Kastle Keep at their location at 7153 Ulmerton Rd, Largo, FL for many years now. The owner always takes the time to help and chat with his customers to make sure they end up getting exactly what they are looking for and the staff never makes you feel rushed into a sale you won't be happy with later. Their selection is outstanding and prices are more than fair. If you're looking for a fast food drive thru style experience where no one takes any interest in you as a person or you think it's unacceptable that you had to wait 30 seconds for someone else to be served, perhaps you shouldn't be buying a firearm in the first place... JUST A THOUGHT. I highly recommend them.

I have bought guns here for a number of years. All the guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a pretty good inventory. I would definitely recommend checking them out. The owner Rich is a great guy.

Wonderful inventory, not huge, but varied. Lots of collectible items. Perhaps 200 long arms, and half again as many pistols. Long arms displayed throughout the store, and if you want to check one out, just lift it off the rack. Intelligent, friendly guys, willing to negotiate on price and even deal with interstate transfers.

One of the best gun stores I have ever visited, and I've been to a lot. If you're in the area, definitely worth budgeting time for a special trip to the store.
