Great experience and products. If you know what you want you will have no problems. Don't expect high end progressive glasses for $69.00. That's an unreasonable expectation.

Good advertised prices, but watch out for the UPSELL and BS that goes along with it! They try to get you to upgrade every possible feature of your glasses--at HUGE add-on costs and try to change your contact lens prescription to a high end price "because that's what they have in stock"(!!) It was a battle to get the advertised deal, but ultimately got what I wanted. Just be careful!!! Employees become rude and uncooperative when you challenge their tactics and don't upgrade from the specials.

Rude service horrible location / representation of your company. The new Park Street locations staff was MUCH more helpful and they've only been open a month.

Great prices, no added on hidden fees! What they advertise is exactly what you get. Great doctor, too. Very happy with new purchase. Better experience here with getting correct prescription than at my previous private optometrist's office.
