I first met Ehab and his son Alex at his first store in Tarpon Springs and have been a customer ever since. He now has a amazing store in Largo. He is extreamly honest and does great custom designed jewelry. If you are in the market I would proudly recommend him.

Alexis Diamond House is second to none when it comes to service and quality merchandise. When it came time to propose to my now Fiance', I knew that ADH was where I wanted to go. From the moment I walked in they made me feel like I was part of the family and they were helping me pull off the surprise of a lifetime. I knew I wanted certain things in the engagement ring and they didn't try to push more expensive rings nor rings with different characteristics so that they would make more money. They have a ton of engagement rings and incredible prices on diamonds. Many of the engagement rings are in open showcases so you can just try them on without asking first. I really liked that because it gave me the ability to try many rings on without ever feeling uncomfortable. I picked out a few rings I liked and my future hubby made the final decision. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Alex for the purchase of our diamond and engagement ring. Before he showed me anything, he gave me a in depth education about diamonds. He went way beyond the typical 4cs and all that. I felt so much more comfortable, at Alexis Diamonds than any other store I was in. He didn’t do what most the others did and just show (push) what he had in stock. It was more like I had a diamond expert with me, to help shop instead of him just being a sales person. We looked through lots of GIA certs and cherry picked what we thought would be right for me, and then made a decision on a perfect diamond. I feel I got a very fair price on my diamond, and I absolutely adore my engagement ring. We will be lifetime customers. Thanks

I came in the store looking for an engagement ring, and one of the owners sat down with me, turned the computer on and really amazed me. We picked some 3D models on the computer that I liked and then he modified each of them in just a few minutes. The computer they have even showed how the ring was going to look on my finger. I thought I was going to have to go to a bunch of jewelry stores before I found the ring I really wanted, but they were my first and last stop. I never thought a jewelry store would have such advanced technology. I got exactly what I wanted custom made and for a great price. Cant really ask for more!

I recently flew to Tampa from New York State and purchased a beautiful engagement ring from Alex and Ehab at Alexis Diamond House. I have friends that live in Clearwater that spoke very highly of them. I live in a small town with limited choices for jewelers. Chain stores in the mall and thats about it. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Ehab. He spent several hours with me on the phone and in person picking the perfect loose stone and setting. I did my homework. The ring I purchased from Ehab, would have been several thousand dollars more in my town. My girlfriend cried, shook, jumped up and down and said yes. That says it all. I just purchased an engagement ring from Alex after being recommended by a family member. I am a paranoid and frugal shopper however everything from start to finish was great. He walked me through the entire process of diamond shopping. He really made everything simple in such a nervous purchase. I told him I was going to shop other jewelers which he encouraged and even gave me the GIA certificate to take to other jewelers. One of his competitors said flat out they would lose money at the price he was selling this diamond for. The level of customer service and everything that he includes in the purchase of the diamond was outstanding. He also made me feel comfortable when he explained his methodology to me about his business and it makes perfect sense.
