I went on a Saturday afternoon to look for an emergency veterinary. A very rude and disrespectful old man came out when I told him that I had an emergency with my dog. He told me to go elsewhere or come back on Monday. Very bad service and that costed my dog to lose her babies.

Call this place to get information and a very rude male person answer saying they were completely book and to try another clinic. The guy voice was annoying and gave an indication that they were over book.Terrible service even before my pet was taken there which I would never take. Shame Shame Shame

Everyone in Laredo should take their animals to Dr. Phyllis! I have known her for years and she had a genuine fond of animals when she was very young. Over the years I have seeked her assistance for many of my pets--she is so caring, very professional and has done everything she can to save them all. My pets love going to the vets because of the way that they are treated. Her staff is terrific also! Laredo needs a Vet like this!!
