I went into their store. No one attended us. There was no other customer in their store only my daughter and myself. The salesperson was sitting on the sofa infront of their office talking and laughing with the assistant manager.No one bothered with us.I complained with the assistant manager. What he told me was,"They don't bother the customer so the customer doesn't think she is being followed or given the impression that she might be stealing."( yeah right, a piece of furniture). I walked out very dissastified. I think Their customer service is VERY unprofessional and rude. And the assistant manager is lacking management and social skills. WAKE UP OWNERS, LOOK WHAT'S GOING ON IN YOUR STORES!!!!!!! and hire some respectable hard working people!!!!! By the way I did visit other furniture stores and your store was the ONLY one that gave us this treatment.
