Horrible Service, the tech came out to my house because my refrigerator was not cooling. He confirmed that it was at 58 degrees which it should be at 38. He did some kind of adjustment to some air vent and said he would be back in a WEEK! I have 5 children which the youngest is 2 years old and needs to drink milk on a daily basis, when I called the manufacturer and complained that I could not wait a week they scheduled another appointment for the following day. STX then called me back to ask how my refrigerator was working and when I told them that it still was not cooling like it should and that I spoke to the manufacturer to complain and was given another appointment by the manufacturer for STX to go to my house this time to actually repair the unit the Man named Noey got mad because I complained to the manufacturer and said he was going to reject my work order from the Manufacturer and would not fix my appliance. I would NEVER EVER consider working with these people again.

I had my unit fixed last week and the service this company provides is exceptional. Tech was friendly and very professional. Try them.
