I had a bike repaired there. The elderly owner tried to give me the wrong bike that was much lower quality than mine. They had switched tags. We finally found my bike. I paid and took it home. It was a mess. The wheels would lock up when trying to go in reverse. Never again

Very unprofessional employees. Manager should reconsider her employment for being rude over the phone. I recently called to the shop to get my bike fixed I wanted to ask for a estimate on a simple break repair, only to be treated with no respect. I don't recommend doing business with them. If I could I'd give no stars for this business.

Poor customer service took long time to service my bike. Man behind counter was appeared to be drunk.Will not go there again!
