Do not put your license at risk. Don't trust the leadership, because they will put the blame on you regardless. They're clearly the cause of the building safety issues. Morale is at an all time low due to the culture created by the top leader at the location. Pass on this company and find one that actually practices what it preaches. Patients come first.



The city is unimpressive. Go somewhere else. You will be happier.

If you cannot leave Laredo and need a job to watch your back and trust no one at this place. Fair warning.

They do not have the equipment to use for patients not mobile. Staff is not trained. My family member went in without bed sores but was released with some. Also my family member contracted sepsis while in the hospital. Staff is very careless.
