Ordered yellow roses all the way from New Mexico.My friend in Laredo was extremely pleased with the arrangement,she sent me a picture of them as well.I have enough faith to do this again, thank you for your first rate service.

Arraignments are amazing.... Jgcortez.... You are an idiot. I have gotten Anniversary, birthday, and jus because arrangement for 4 yrs here and each time the florist jus keeps amazing me. Recommended

**update** ISN'T IT FUNNY AND VERY INTERESTING THAT NONE OF "ADELAS" CUSTOMERS POSTED ANYTHING POSITIVE BEFORE!! THEY ONLY STARTED POSTING ONCE I POSTED MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE!! MAKES ME THINK....THAT THESE CUSTOMERS WERE ASKED TO POST POSITIVE COMMENTS MAYBE COMPENSATED FOR IT...ALL I KNOW IS THAT I WAS AN "OUT OF TOWN" CUSTOMER TOO! AND I CALLED FROM OUT OF TOWN SEVERAL TIMES FOR ARRANGEMENTS WHICH IS WHY I WAS SHOCKED WHEN THE ORDER FOR MY MOTHER WAS RUINED AND "ADELAS" DIDNT EVEN CARE!! THESE "POSITIVE" COMMENTS BEING POSTED ARE OBVIOUSLY A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO COVER UP THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SHE WOULD HAVE ONLY TRIED THIS HARD TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH MY MOTHERS ARRANGEMENT AND ACTED PROFESSIONAL THEN MAYBE I WOULD HAVE HAD MORE RESPECT FOR THIS PLACE!!*** THIS PLACE IS A WASTE!! AND THE COMMENTS POSTED BY CUSTOMERS ARE FAKE!!****DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! ADELA'S FLORAL ONLY CARES ABOUT CERTAIN CUSTOMERS! IF I COULD GIVE LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD! I PLACED TWO ORDERS FOR ROSES FROM THIS PLACE FOR MOTHERS DAY AND RECEIVED OLD WILTED ROSES THAT HAD BEEN PICKED TILL ONLY A LITTLE BUD WAS LEFT (ON BOTH ARRANGEMENTS), THIS WAS EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING TO ME SINCE I AM ORDERING FROM OUT OF TOWN TO LOVED ONES, WHEN ONE OF THE ARRANGEMENTS WAS RETURNED WE GOT NO APOLOGY NO CREDIT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! NOTHING! I CALLED THE SHOP AND TALKED TO SARA WHO IS THE OWNER AND PERSON I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH AND PRACTICALLY IN TEARS I TOLD HER I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THIS RUINED MY GIFT FOR MY MOTHER AND SHE PRETTY MUCH SAID "I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO" AND WHEN I SUGGESTED SOME TYPE OF DISCOUNT SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY "WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT TIME" NEXT TIME?! SHE DID NOT CARE ABOUT "MY SITUATION INSTEAD I WAS UNFRIENDED ON FACEBOOK!! REALLY?! WHO DOES THIS?! INSTEAD OF ATTEMPTING TO FIX THE ISSUE WITH AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THIS IS THE SOLUTION?! THERE ARE ALOT OF FLOWER SHOPS IN LAREDO DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! PICK ANOTHER ONE!! BECAUSE IF YOU DARE NOT LIKE WHAT YOU GET THEY WILL NOT CARE! THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE!! BESIDES IF THEY DONT CARE TO LOSE ONE CUSTOMER THEN THEY MUST HAVE PLENTY OF BUSINESS THEREFORE, THEY WONT NEED YOURS!! GO ELSEWHERE!! I WONDER IF SHE SENT HER MOTHER THE SAME QUALITY OF FLOWERS OR IF THOSE WERE HAND PICKED!!

I've received great service from all the staff especially Sara. We went with Adela's Floral for my wedding and she did all my floral arrangements from bridal party to the centerpieces. She was great with helping meet the budget I had for fresh flowers. The day of my wedding I received many complements on the centerpieces and gave the credit to Adela's Floral. They helped my vision come to life. Due to the great service and product presentation I've only gone to this location for any floral arrangements and/or gift variations. I commend Adela's for all the great service and product presentation I've received from them.

personally they are the best!..im From Laredo But I live in Chicago they have worked with me via phone and face book for about 3 years...they are wonderful...Communication is great! I don't have anything negative to say..Last year they did center pieces and main table arrangements for my birthday party and Sara not only made sure i got the best but on time n she personally shipped the items to me out here in Chicago. Not enough money is never an issue beacuse she works to your budget. The times ive sent flower to my mother in Laredo in various occasions service has been great and my mom has always been happy. For my Sisters 18th birthday i sent a dressed up gorilla character with a basket that worked out awesome too she was even kind enough to post a video on face book to show me how it all turned out.. Over all i highly recommended this place not only to People in Laredo but out of town and state too. Very trust worthy Would do business with over and over,

This is a great place. Always greeted with a smile and they are willing to stay within your budget. They have the something for every occasion. I am sad to hear people had bad experience with them. I have never seen "wilted flowers" when I go to their shop and I have received nothing but great service from Sara.
