Unprofessional management, quality of work completed is awful, expensive, and they take forever

Awful service in the clothes, they charge for washing & ironing yet they only steam clean them. Most of my clothes came back with stains and odor. When I brought it up to the employee, she referred me to the owner. The owner is very sarcastic & impolite. Stop going there switched to COMET!

Agree with previous review, crappy service!! I stopped taking my clothes there when they exchanged a brand new blouse for an old, color less one. The bad thing was that I did not notice until a month after, with such a busy schedule I just pick up the clothes and it goes straight to my closet. So when I took it in and explained that my blouse was a new one and although they were the same brand they were different style from mine, the owner very rudely told me that it was my shirt, usual brand, and it had the tag with my name. Even though they have a policy of 100% satisfaction or money back they did not honor it, she was not willing to pay $30 for my blouse or even bother to research if it had been missed placed. So since then I take my business else where.

Ok so after going for over a year to this place, I started getting bad service. I was getting charged for wash & iron, yet most of the shirts had stains & smelled funny. When I complained they fixed it but within weeks the same problem again. Then they started breaking buttons off the shirts, althought their policy states that they will fix the item for you, whenever i asked when the shirts would be fixed they just kept giving me tomorrow but tomorrow never came.
